Salon Guarantee
Tanaz is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, please contact our front desk and we will arrange for a follow up appointment. We ask that you call us within 14 days of your original appointment.

Appointment Policies
We will attempt to accommodate you at short notice however to ensure stylist/therapist's availability we recommend you pre-book your next appointment.

Cancellations
We realize that unforeseen circumstances may arise causing you to miss an appointment or prevent you from giving us proper notification, however we request a 24 hours notice of change of appointment.

Salon Information
We suggest that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client a short profile will be completed prior to service.

Late Arrivals
should you arrive late we will ensure that you are still serviced however this may not be with the requested therapist/ stylist/therapist your service will however be overseen by the stylist/therapist you originally booked.

No shows
Tanaz reserves the right to charge full price for the appointment.

Cell Phones
Out of consideration for our other clients, please limit your use of cell phones in the beauty area.

Payment Methods
Tanaz accepts credit cards, bank cards and cash. Please note - all salon prices are subject to change.

Input and feedback are vital to our continual improvement and commitment to helping us achieve our personal best.

Gift Vouchers
For the perfect pamper gift, why not surprise a friend with a unique Tanaz Gift Voucher? All Tanaz salon services can be paid for in advance to be redeemed by the lucky recipient. Gift vouchers are available at any value you choose. Please ask at reception.

Voucher policies
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for services only. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift card may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discount.

Tanaz business Conditions

- Complimentary consultations are available.
- All technical services are not inclusive of a cut and blowdry.
- Prices are at the stylists discretion and may vary according to length and work performed.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a discretionary 50% cancellation fee.
- Out of salon services available for special occasions.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- A 25% surcharge will be levied on rates for appointments made outside of normal operation hours.
